How do I track my order?

Depending on what details you have provided us at time of ordering, you will receive either a text or email to confirm your items have been dispatched. Contained within this notification will be your tracking number. Simply enter it into https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace to track your delivery.

I’m from Ireland / Scottish Highlands / Islands – can I get delivery?

If you are from these areas, please contact [email protected] before placing your order and we will be happy to quote for delivery for you if we are able to do so. Please note additional charges and longer lead times may apply.

What is Click & Collect?

PlumbBOX offer the ability to order your items online and collect them from our warehouse in as quickly as 15 minutes! (Dependant on stock levels). You can collect your items from: 28 Shelley Road, Bournemouth, BH1 4HY during our working hours: Monday to Friday – 7am to 5pm.  To collect your order, you will be required to provide your order confirmation with order number as well as form of ID.

How do I return my plumbing supplies and get a refund?

If you need to return your plumbing supplies for whatever reason – no problem. You have 30 days to return your items in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. After which a refund for the costs of goods will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your items.

What happens if my stock does not turn up?

plumbBOX use ParcelForce – a nationwide, extremely reliable and industry trusted courier service. However, on the very rare occasions that issues do occur, don’t fret! Please contact us if you have an issue on [email protected] and we will track your order and ensure any problems are resolved immediately and your stock is delivered to you in a timely manner.

What happens if my stock is damaged or faulty?

We do everything we can to ensure your items arrive in good condition. However, on the very rare occasion that damage or faults occur, please report damaged stock to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

We will arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you within 1 working day upon receiving the damaged goods back. Please note this is dependent on stock levels, but we will always endeavor to get replacements to you as soon as possible.

Am I always getting the best price?

We are always regularly reviewing our prices online to remain competitive. PlumbBOX specialises in purchasing high-selling items in large volumes at wholesale price, meaning that we can pass these savings down to you, the customer. We are therefore confident you’ll always be getting an extremely competitive price.

How quickly will I receive my order?

plumbBOX offer free 24 hour delivery for any orders over £40. Upgrade your delivery to pre-10am (working days only) for an additional £2. Simply choose your shipping selection in your shopping cart.

Can I change my order if I’ve already placed it?

If you wish to amend your order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. If there is enough time to amend your order before it is dispatched, we will be more than happy to accommodate this for you.

What does your ‘Request Stock’ form do?

If there is an item you are looking for that isn’t listed on our website, use our Request Stock form and we may be able to supply you with the items on a bespoke basis. If the stock is regularly requested from our customers we will always look to start stocking it on our website so please let us know if there is anything you’d like to see added. Please note that plumbBOX specialise only in high selling items, purchased in high volumes, allowing us to pass down the savings to our customers.

What is the ‘My Account’ section?

Upon your first purchase, you’ll be asked to create an account. This allows you to later log back into your account, view your purchasing history and order details, as well as making repeat ordering your regular items quick and easy.

How do I get a bulk buy offer on my plumbing spares?

Virtually every product on plumbBOX’s website has a bulk deal. Click onto the item detail and refer to the table for the bulk pricing available based on quantity ordered.

How do I make a complaint?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to make a complaint. Please email us on [email protected] setting out details of the complaint and we aim to respond within 1 working day and have resolved your issue within 48 hours depending on the nature of the complaint.
